Terms of Service

Paywall lets you meter AI and agent traffic and charge per call in USDC using the open x402 protocol, either at the Cloudflare edge or via our official SDKs.

We may update features over time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you use the service.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure, and for activity under your account.

You must use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, or overload it.

Test mode is free. Once live, a per-payment platform fee applies to settled USDC payments. There is no monthly minimum or setup fee.

You connect and control your own payout wallet. Payouts of your settled revenue are batched to that wallet automatically.

You are responsible for the prices you set and for any taxes that apply to your business.

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is,” without warranties. The SDKs fail closed: if the platform is unreachable, gated content is not served.

To the extent permitted by law, Paywall is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
